CBD Balm 300mg Upgrade

Enhanced with 300mg of pure hemp extract or CBD for long-lasting and faster-acting results, this unique blend of essential oils will awaken your senses and alleviate your minor aches and pains in no time. With cooling Peppermint, energizing Ginger, revitalizing Lemongrass, and pain-relieving Turmeric. Great for stiffness due to Osteoarthritis, Fibromyalgia, Sprains/Strains, and Extremity pain. This product is safe to use on bruises and mild swelling.

Aromatherapy Upgrade

A massage for relaxation and stress relief would likely include lavender essential oil, while an uplifting massage may include other essential oil. Your therapist may involve you in the selection process by asking you to smell various blends.

Some massage therapists may add essential oils to massage oil immediately before each massage based on your unique condition or health goals.

The quality of the essential oils varies widely. Essential oils are different from oils made with synthetic scents that don't have therapeutic effects. Massage therapists who are highly knowledgeable about aromatherapy tend to use quality essential oils in their massage oils.

Once the massage oil is selected, the therapist leaves the room so you can disrobe and lie on the massage table. You will usually be asked to lie face down under a sheet. When the massage therapist begins the massage, you may notice the subtle aroma of essential oils.

Hot Stone Upgrade

A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy. It’s used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body. The stones are usually made of basalt, a type of volcanic rock that retains heat. According to the University of New Hampshire Health Services, hot massage stones are heated to between 130 and 145 degrees.

Shea Butter

Soothing, moisturizing & protecting effects provide regenerative and healing properties, naturally rich in vitamins A & E which are essential for good skin balance. Readily absorbs by the skin to help restore elasticity.

Swedish Massage

Long gentle strokes & kneading of the outer layer of muscle tissue to reduce stress and soothe sore joints & muscles. This soothing massage and gentle touch takes you to a new level of stress reduction.

Deep Tissue

Deep muscle massage will flush toxins from your body and enhance your immune system. Working a specific joint muscle or muscle group, your therapist can access deeper layers of the soft tissue. Because each body experiences pressure differently, your therapists will start superficially and ease into the depth of the muscle slowly to allow more movement. The direct pressure applied by your therapist will relieve tension immediately.

Sports Massage

Regular physical activity leads to a consistent build-up of tension in the muscles and causes stress on joints, ligaments and tendons. Sports massage is designed to reduce injuries and alleviate inflammation; this technique is for novice and professional athletes before, during and after training events.

Prenatal Massage

Because many pregnant women feel discomfort and added stress on their bodies at various points of the pregnancy, more women are discovering and benefiting from Prenatal Massage. Prenatal Massage is a form of therapeutic bodywork which focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes leading up to childbirth. The techniques used enhance the well being of both mother and baby.

Hand and Foot Reflexology

Gentle kneading is applied to specific pressure points of the hands and feet, inducing a response from over 7000 nerves corresponding to every system in the body. Brings an optimal state of relaxation and creates balance throughout the entire body.
