Ø Arrive at least 10 minutes early so you have time to check in and relax.
Ø Turn off your cell phone when you arrive
Ø If you’re uncomfortable with anything during your treatment; the pressure, music, the temperature ask the therapist to make an adjustment.
Ø Massage is usually done nude, but you are covered with a sheet at all times, only the part being massaged is exposed. If you’re more comfortable you may keep your underclothes on.
Ø 24 hour notice of cancellation is required.
Ø No-shows may be required to pay for the full session as it would not be available to another client.
