Motu's Massage Etiquette

Arrive at least 15 minutes early so you have time to check in and relax.

Turn off your cell phone when you arrive.
If you’re uncomfortable with anything during your treatment (the pressure, music, the temperature) ask the therapist to make an adjustment.
Massage is usually done nude, but you are covered with a sheet at all times, only the part being massaged is exposed. If you’re more comfortable you may keep your underclothes on.
24 hour notice of cancellation is required. No-shows may be required to pay for the full session as it would not be available to anyone else.
Gratuity is not automatically added to your treatment. Most guests tip 15% to 20%.
Gratuities can be made by credit card, cash or personal check.
